Refunds

Everything on this page runs from one address: paintedalways@gmail.com. A person reads it. Send the email address you ordered with, and a photograph of anything that arrived wrong.

Damaged or misprinted plates

A plate that arrives damaged, misprinted, or off-colour against the source scan is replaced or refunded in full, at no cost to you. We don’t ask you to ship it back. A parcel whose tracking stalls and never lands is treated the same way — we reprint it or we refund it.

Change of mind

Every physical item is printed after you pay, so there is nothing to restock and no return to accept. If you want to cancel, write as soon as you know: if the plate has not gone to press, we cancel it and refund in full.

Digital downloads

A digital download that was paid for and never reached you is refunded in full. A file that has been delivered cannot be returned, so it is not refundable — but if it arrives corrupt or is the wrong plate, we send the correct file.

How the money comes back

Refunds go to the card that paid, through Stripe, and usually clear within 5–10 business days of being issued. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund.
